My god, it's full of jobs...

No, I don't have a job yet. The senior recruiter at PersonnelSource wasn't in the office today, but will be there tomorrow. So, that means I'll be calling them tomorrow and hopefully talking to this senior recruiter. I'm told you have to be aggressive with temp/placement agencies, so maybe something will pan out. The lady I spoke to and who gave me the testing certainly seemed like she had something in mind for me, so hopefully I'm correct in that observation.
When I got home, I had a call from Employers Overload, which I completely wasn't expecting. The first position they were calling me about didn't quite work, because I don't have office experience. ;p But there's a temporary data entry one that they'll put me in for. Extra money GOOD.
Random aside: apparently I type faster than I thought I did! ::laughs:: One of the tests they had me do at PersonnelSource today was a typing test, which came out to 82 WPM, with no mistakes. I usually say I can type 60 or 70 WPM, so that's pretty awesome. Better to exceed than fall short, I say.
Anyway, I've been busting my hump this afternoon working on webstuff, and it's going along pretty well. I did some startup stuff, which included beating my CGI mailer script over the head until it worked. (I've used the same script like 5 separate times on other sites with no problems, but apparently Yahoo! Web Hosting sucks butt, and they impose annoying restrictions on sending formmail, and OH MY GOD what a pain in the ass. :p)
Now I'm doing a few sketches for an actual *paying* customer, whose site I think I'll spend most of tomorrow on. I'll be ducking out in about half an hour for Slashville/Angel night.
Man, I'd better go to wushu on Friday, even if it turns out to be yet another Slacker Friday. They'll probably start to think that I died or something, if I don't. ;p
And, I'm off.
