batskeetsOH MY GOD I FORGOT ABOUT THIS PART ASDKFSDLFKASHKLHKL!!!
So, I'm watching You Only Live Twice, right? And Bond is investigating some trouble in Japan. So at one point, his buddy in the Japanese secret service talks about sending him in to investigate this area of the countryside or something, and he says in his Very Important Voice, "But first! You must BECOME JAPANESE!"
And then they show Bond later on, and they've basically just combed his hair forward, and given him crazy Fu Manchu eyebrows. Otherwise, he just looks like a big, furry British guy in peasant garb and a straw hat. ::alsdkfhkldfhasdklf::
Granted, this is the late 1960's, so the effects aren't as awesome, but it amused me the first time I saw this movie, and it still makes me laugh to this very day.
...God, I'm easily amused. ::rotfl::
As an aside, this is also the movie where Mike Meyers pulled his Dr. Evil look from, for the Austin Powers movies. Ernst Stavro Blofeld!
Also: my grandpa made me a drink tonight, containing this new bluish stuff called "Hypnotiq." Mix it with some white cranberry juice, and it's very tasty! Or, you can shoot it straight, because it has a nice tropical fruity flavor by itself. If you're looking for a good-tasting libation, you might want to give it a try.
