Who wants to go see The Last Samurai with me?! Come on, you know you want to. Real actors from Japan! Big swords and cool fighting styles! And TOMU KURUUZU!! XD

So I hauled myself out to class this morning, even though I feel like crap and I really didn't want to, and there was only addwag and myself until about 30 seconds ago. ^^; I like that I wouldn't catch hell in this class if I was a few minutes late, but when *I* am the second person to arrive, there's something a little wrong there. ::laughs::

Anyway, after I made my boxes, I spent some time having dinner and wanking around on AIM, and suddenly it was midnight. I hate it when that happens--my days are too bloody short. So what do I do? Start playing Warcraft III, of course! ::asdlkfhsdlkfhas::

I cleared an Orc mission last night before I went to sleep. I'm pretty damned tired now as a result, which shouldn't surprise anyone. ::rotfl:: It seems the key to playing the Orcs is patience, of which I have very little. ^^; They're pretty slow to build, and that drives me nuts, *especially* after playing the Undead missions directly beforehand. The Undead can just toss up a bunch of buildings really fast if you have the resources.

Anyway, I have my Japanese oral later today. Not so much looking forward to that. Must remember to go over the dialogue before class.

And I'm off like a dirty shirt.

Tomu Kuruuzu = Tom Cruise's name in Japanese phonetics.

In the theatrical trailer, they spelled out "Tomu Kuruuzu" in katakana behind Tom Cruise's name, which I found deliriously funny for no good reason. ^^;

Yeah, same here. I saw the theatrical trailer a few weeks ago, and noticed "Tomu Kuruuzu" spelled out in katakana, and for some reason it was really funny. ^^;

The movie is going to be good, though! It's doing well at Rotten Tomatoes (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/TheLastSamurai-1127779/), too, so I have high hopes.

Heh, it's ok :) I'm often 1-5 minutes late to my first class of the day. (hence why it was weird for me to show up and have almost nobody there)

Yeah, perhaps, although definitely not until I'm done with the first draft, and possibly not until I've done some editing and revisions. (I get cagey about people seeing my stories before they're done)
