Wow, November is crazy with the birthdays. Today commemorates A Quarter Century of MARA! (rdwayneright) Hooray!

So, duh, I stayed up until 2am last night, because I am apparently a glutton for punishment. ;p But at least this is punishment that I've chosen for myself! I couldn't fall asleep, so I was knitting and doing Nano, although I got farther on the scarf than on the novel.

My stupid novel is rotting my brain. I decided to write it with a nonlinear timeline, and I think that's part of what's making the process go slowly--sometimes I can't remember what I've revealed, and other times I have to dance around something in a very precise way, so I have to sit there and think of how to make the dialogue and everything sound realistic without blowing my wad early. AAAAAHHHHHHHH! This better be worth it, man.

Anyway. Today = the rest of this class, and much Nano, nihongo, and a meeting. And then work later after that. HOW EXCITING. I want to go back to bed. :p
