I had my CIT midterm today. It wasn't spectacular, but it wasn't terrible. I managed to read a couple chapters while I was at work yesterday, so that helped immensely, and some of the blank spots were easily figured out with my prior computer experience. :)
I'm tired and I want to go home. But, I have to pick up flyers, first, because I feel bad about the way people love to NOT help out with advertising or planning Gamex. :p So, tomorrow I hang flyers.
Last night consisted of playing NWN, studying, and working. Yee! Tonight = Survivor/CSI, Japanese HW, probably some NWN or RO, and much sleeping. Ahhhh.
I scored a 67% on the "How Oregonian are you?" Quizie! What about you?
I have to ask: why does being Oregonian have to include a bunch of hippie/protester junk? ;p I mean, yeah, Eugene is rife with hippie types, but the rest of the state doesn't seem to be, especially once you get south of here.

Date: 2003-05-08 09:11 pm (UTC)I only got a 65 percent, and I've lived here my entire life. Guess I'd better go hug some trees and see if I can up my score.
Oh, and... NWN should have a warning label on the box informing people of it's addictive qualities. Yeah.

Date: 2003-05-09 03:32 am (UTC)i'm no vegan, not even vegetarian. i've never smoked anything and i don't drink beer... so i lost points there. as for the snootyness of Lake Oswego/West Linn/yada yada it's there, always has been (dying now as Milwaukie and Clackamas are expanding in...) but the quiz words it all/every so i had to say "nay"
i did notice a lot of protests both on campuses and occasionally in downtown PDX (worked there for Oracle for a couple years) but it's nothing compared to Seattle. we're crazy involved up here. :-)

Heh. I spent a spring vacation camping at a hot springs near Fields one year. (Fields: Population 12, unless some of the old folks have died. Look for it on a map.) There was some pretty strange stuff going on out there-- we found LOTS of high-caliber shells, random graffiti on rocks, and all kinds of weirdness.
The hot spring was nice, though.
I'm apparantly 74% Oregonian-- not bad for having left ten years ago. 8)
