Providence and LOVE SONG by Luna Sea both get me misty.
Forever Love by X JAPAN, also, but only when I'm watching the accompanying footage from their last Live.

b) Stripped by Depeche Mode
c) Instant Pleasure by Rufus Wainwright, though I think that's more by association than by the song itself.
