I've been waiting for my painkillers to kick in, and they don't appear to be doing a lot, so I'm still at home. Mreh. Odds of making it to class seem slim, but maybe I'll feel good enough to go to practice later. (I hope so, I still feel bloaty from Thanksgiving food) I think I'll work on homework instead, since I'm basically going to be stuck here doing sedentary things until these blasted pills start doing their job.

In other news, it's dead week. Can you believe that? It's going to be a pretty painless week for me as far as classes--just PFA and an oral in nihongo, and the latter is more stressful than the former. But on the flip side, it's time to ramp up the job hunt again. I'm already getting depressed at the mere prospect of it. That's T-minus 4 months until I'm completely unemployed.

The bluebird of happiness has left the building, my dears.

In other news, I ended Nanowrimo at just over 37000, which is about 6 days behind schedule. Not too bad, considering I started 5 days late. It's been a grueling month in a lot of respects. I'm still having fun writing it, too, so I'll keep going until the story's been told. Nanoedmo is in March, you know. :)

Anyway, I'm off to construct wee boxes for the Stamp.

We didn't do much in class. The content for this Quiz 8 is, should be, online. Ummm, went over certain hand motions and bowing that needs to be done during oral performance. Practiced a few times. Blah blah blah.

Hand motions?? Aaaaggghhh. As if it's not terrifying enough already. ;p I think I'd know intuitively when to bow, but not the hand motions.

Do those things count for very many points out of the total score? Are there very many to remember?
